In this occasion I will refer to my ideal job.
My ideal job isn't clear for me, because I like many areas in Veterinary Medicine like behaviour, clinic, research, zoo, etc. But I would like to work in differents areas and complement them, because I don't like to do always the same. I would like to work in my own place or in a reserve, or in a clinic, or in a laboratory, but I would like to work with people that have the same interests that me or that enjoy their job.
I think that if I do what love me I will be happy. I don't know now what I will do, but I wish to contribute helping animals and environment with my job.
Regarding to hours, I wish work in a schedule that allows me to realize other activities, for this I would like to be my own boss. However if I will have one I would love that he or she will be a enthusiastic person and very idealist like me.
I hope to be a great professional and to achieve to get a good job that allows develop me.

In this occasion I will refer to the subject that likes me.
One of my favorite subjects is Anatomy, and Anatomy studies the structure of living beings. Anatomy is a very important subject in the Veterinary Medicine, because is the base for to understand the running of animals.
I like Anatomy, because is the first rapprochement to animals. I have the oportunity to see bones and muscles of dogs, cats, bovines and equines.
I like also due to I learn very much. However I haven't gone good like I wish, but I think is necessary learn to learn. This a very important subject, and I wish to know more about the animals to be a good veterinary in the future, and why not now :D.
Now I have many subjects very important and may be anatomy one of more difficult subjects, but all are very necessary to understand other subjects. I'm very excited and nervous, but I will work more to be a great veterinary.

I don't admire to someone in special, I never have done it, because I think that I admire a many diferent persons. But if I have that to talk about someone, I choose to Leonardo Da Vinci.
Leonardo Da Vinci was an important Italian painter, but he was developed also as artist, scientific, engineer, architect, and in others areas. He was born in Vinci in 1452 and he died in Amboise in 1519. He is known for his great works: the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. Furthermore Da Vinci did many progresses in areas the knowledge as anatomy.
Why do I admire him? Because he has been a revelation for humanity. His skill to create and at same time incorporate all the areas of knowledge that he knew is something that anyone more has achieved. He was very advanced for his time, reaching to invent things only conceivables in his privileged mind.
In a future I would study other areas for to learn more as Da Vinci, and maybe become visionary like him. I think that this is necesary in the actuality.

Since that I was a children I have always liked me animals. They are very importan for me, because they are a excelellent company and only see them is a good therapy.
Why did I choose veterinary? Because veterinary medicine is a career that is directed to many areas of job as clinic, investigation, sport, behavior, production, etc. And I like all this areas except production, because I think that is a contradiction in the career... I study due to I like animals and interest me their behavior.
On the other hand, the University has been a change for me in all aspects. Now I study what I have always wanted and although is a very difficult career...
In the future I wish become a complete professional. Perhaps I will job in investigation or behavior, but I wish to help to animals.

My name is Andrea Ormazabal. I'm studing Veterinary Medicine in University of Chile. I was born in February 2nd of 1989. I studied in Liceo Tajamar of Providencia and at 2008 in the Program of Bachillerato also in the University of Chile.
I practise karate, is my great passion, and my hobbies are drawing, listening music, going out to walk (... and others). I like the music, and my favorite style is the Symphonic Metal... and I HATE reggaeton. I love cats, japanese culture and martial arts. I like to think and to dream... I'm very dreamer. I'm very quiet and I like to have time for to be alone and to think or to dream, but also I like to be with my boyfriend and my friends (including animals :3). I live with my mother and my two brothers, and my dog: Meche. She (my dog) is very testy (?).
